Step Up
- Networked with organisations working with street kids in Jinja
- Set up Step Up at a primary school. This is for 40 children who have no parents. The team trained and employed a Youth Worker 2 days per week to work with the children. The team rented a house to accommodate 13 children who were living in unsafe situations, a house mum was interviewed and appointed to look after the children and approval from government agency was obtained.
- Dinner meetings were held in the school where the kids were taught how to hear from God. Each kid was given a journal to write what God was saying , prayer - prophesy - word of knowledge.

Footsteps
- The main focus of this was intercession where the team prayed and worshipped wherever they went
- Went out with Counsellor to visit returned child soldiers and did prayer, treasure hunt and worship in villages
- Made connection with local church where some of the returned child soldiers go and ran service and kids programme there
