Statement of Consumer Protection: A student may withdraw from a programme for whatever reason, provided this is discussed with the Campus Principal. If a student withdraws from a programme of study within eight days of commencement of that programme, they are entitled to a refund of all monies paid less 10% or $500 whichever is the lesser amount. Students who withdraw after eight days from the commencement of a programme, but before one month, are entitled to a refund of fees and other programme costs on a pro-rata basis. Students who withdraw after one month from the commencement of the programme are not entitled to any refund.
Where Ministry Training College of New Zealand cancels a study programme before it commences, students are entitled to a refund of all fees paid. If Ministry Training College of New Zealand cancels a study programme during its delivery, students will be entitled to a refund of fees and other programmes costs on a pro-rata basis.
