Honour

We want staff and students to foster, uphold and demonstrate a culture of intentional honouring of God and each other. We believe this to be part of God's desire for us, reflect His own honouring heart. This includes honouring and loving students enough to challenge them in some areas of their lives from time to time, holding them accountable for behaviours that fall short of God's best. 

Holy Spirit Giftings

We desire a place where the full range of gifts of the Holy Spirit are welcomed, cultivated and actively encouraged. We desire powerful supernatural encounters, signs, wonders, prophetic words and healings to be the norm which  lead to radically transformed lives.  

Reaching the Lost

We strive to create a space where the Father heart of God for the spiritually lost and wounded is fully embodied. We intentionally seek Holy Spirit led opportunities to engage with others to win them to His Kingdom.

Faith

We seek to grow and foster a stretching faith in both staff and students in an environment where we can  learn together to operate outside our zone of comfort, with continuous reliance on God for all aspects of ministry.

Love

We humbly seek to show and model the love of God, undergirding all our actions, words, processes and decisions. We will always try to seek out what is best for the other, while avoiding destructive comment.

Community

We aspire to be a community where relationships are valued and cultivated, rather than an impersonal institution. We desire for all students to have a sense of belonging, commitment, support, and lifelong association.
