Jacqui WhiteJacqui is the Principal of MTC Christchurch. Before her appointment as principal in 2004, she was working as a lecturer in Teacher Education as well as a lecturer in the College. She has a Bachelor of Education and a Diploma of Teaching as well as relevant ministry experience in youth work, children's work, music ministry and evangelism. She has been lecturing in the College for five years in the areas of Leadership, Evangelism, Church History, Mentoring and Spiritual Growth. Jacqui is married and has three wonderful daughters. David WilkinsonAfter working as an accountant and administrator for 30 years, David pastored the Mount Pleasant Elim Church for 7 years before joining the staff at MTC in 1998. He completed his Ministry Internship Diploma in 2003 and is currently the Registrar of the College. David utilizes his administrative expertise in making sure that all the important behind-the-scenes tasks are performed so that the College keeps functioning! Top^ |

Jennifer WilkinsonAs well as being a credentialed minister, Jennifer has a Diploma of Counseling, is a member of New Zealand Association of Counselors and has a Certificate of Adult Teaching. She is highly experienced in personal counseling, group work and pastoral care. Currently, Jennifer lectures in Leadership and Search For Significance as well as being an integral part of the Student Support team. Top^ |

Jayson PalmerJayson completed his Theology Degree through Otago University in 2005 and is currently the Connect Groups Pastor at the Elim Cathedral of Hope. As well as lecturing in Biblical Salvation History and Doctrines, Jayson is the Certificate Course Director for MTC Christchurch. Top^ |

Nu TeleaNu moved from Wellington to Christchurch in 2003 and completed his internship that year. He has been heavily involved in a number of ministry areas since then, including service facilitation, outreach to the Pacific community, and overseeing ministry teams. He is the Diploma Course Director for MTC Christchurch, as well as the Pacific Mentoring Coordinator at Canterbury University. Pastor Nu runs the Wednesday morning Ministry Times at the College. Phil GodsiffPhil has been on staff at the Elim Cathedral of Hope since completing his internship in 2003. He is the Oxygen Pastor, overseeing the young adults ministry of the Cathedral, as well as completing his Masters in Church Leadership. Phil lectures in Biblical Studies and Ethics, and he loves cricket and soccer. Top^ |

Mary PonderSince 2004, Mary has been the driving force behind the establishment of the Hope4Life Counselling Agency as a ministry within the Elim Cathedral of Hope. Hope4Life offers a range of services and courses aimed at helping people live healthy and hope-filled lives. Mary also lectures in MTC's Diploma course where she specialises in Ministry Leadership and Pastoral Principles. Top^ |
