Shane Bermingham

Principal of MTC. Studied for 7 years to prepare for Bible College ministry. He was principal of Ascension Bible College for three years before moving to Ministry Training College in 1999.   Teaches Doctrine, Old Testament, Interpreting Scripture, Church History and Teaching Skills.

Luke Brough, Senior Pastor at Elim Christian Centre. Luke and Marilyn Brough pioneered Auckland city church with just a handful of people. Today it is one of the largest congregations in New Zealand with Sunday attendance of over two and half thousand people. Luke is also the National Leader of the Elim National Leadership Team.  Teaches Church Growth and Preaching with Power.

Senior Pastor at Elim Christian Centre, City Campus. James has been an Elim minister for nearly two decades. Over this time he was awakened to the urgency of the Great Commission and has since visited many nations around the world to hasten the Lord's return. James is also the National Director of Elim NZ Global Network.  Teaches Leadership.

David Peters is an Elim Pastor and an itinerant minster.  He is a gifted teacher and ministers in the gifts of the Holy Spirit primarily in prophecy, encouraging people and praying for the sick.  Teaches Dialogue with God, Spiritual Formation and the School of the Supernatural.

Is a leading New Zealand Christian Apologist. He is an Apologetics lecturer, author, international speaker and debater.  Teaches Apologetics/ World Religion. 

Robert Siakimotu

Is the International President of Open Air Campaigners and New Zealand President of Walk Thru the Bible Ministries.  Robert is passionate about Evangelism and teaches this subject in addition to Walk Thru NT and Walk Thru OT.

Heather Small

 Dip Theo, BMS(Hons)
Although she holds a degree in Business Management from Waikato University, Heather's passion is Biblical Studies. She is the Academic Dean at Ministry Training College with special responsibility for the Ministry Internship.  Since 1995 she has taught Old Testament and New Testament surveys and Church History at the Ministry Training College.

Pastoral Care. Ministers in the area of reconciliation with God and relationships with others - has a heart for the marginalised, the needy and the lost. Teaches Women's Ministry.

Len Buttner

Dip Theo, Dip B & PM
Is in ministry with Eagle Ascend Ministry. He is a practical and clear teacher who moves very accurately in the prophetic gifts. He travels widely teaching and ministering both in NZ and overseas.  Teaches Spiritual Warfare and the School of the Supernatural. 

Keith Fox

He completed MTC in 2003 and since then has been involved in the Adult Pastoral Care team at Elim Christian Centre. Prior to this he worked for 30 years in corporations leading teams and implementing business changes.  Teaches Spiritual Gifts, Cleansing Streams and Pastoral Care. 

Paul Harrison

Has over 30 years involvement in Christian ministry. He has pastored in a number of churches and taught in several Bible Colleges.  Teaches New Testament Survey, Character & Integrity and Developing Your Ministry.

22 years of pastoral roles with Christian Outreach Centre in NZ, Australia and the United Kingdom.  Teaches Ministry Skills. 

Richard Devine

Richard comes from a background of senior sales and marketing positions.  After completing studies at MTC, he brought his organisational and administrative skills to the College as Dean of Students.  Richard has a passion to see people growing to maturity in Christ.  Teaches Cleansing Streams

Chris Defibaugh has had ten years experience of full time ministry as a youth pastor, discipleship and teaching pastor, and has recently completed a Masters in Psychotherapy.  He is now the Founder/Director of Relate Training and Counselling Services Ltd.   Teaches Counselling and Stress/Burnout.
